Together they have more than 50 years of experience covering every facet of the business, from the boardroom to the boilerroom. With their commitment to a straightforward, hands-on approach, and their reputation for serving people and places with the highest level of care and integrity, they have earned the respect of their peers across the property management industry and beyond.

Before forming RW, Rui (above, right) spent nearly 30 years providing leadership in operations, building systems, tenant services, and contract negotiations for a handful of well-known property management companies. He has a special interest in energy systems and management, and tenant satisfaction programs.

Bill (above, left) started his career in operations at a major office tower in Calgary, Alberta before moving to Toronto in 1985. He’s particularly proud of the time he spent in a challenging position as Manager of Engineering and Technical Services at a world class sports and entertainment complex with a retractable roof.

In 1999, Bill teamed with Rui to manage the Toronto commercial portfolio for an Ontario-based development and management company. In 2002, the two joined to form RW, a full-service commercial property management company.

Bill and Rui have done it all, with skill and with pride. Throughout their careers they have developed both the technical know-how and business expertise to protect and develop your asset.
